DECO Group Shipping Information
We aim to offer a reliable and transparent shipping experience across our product range. While most items listed on our website will display current stock availability, delivery times may vary depending on the item and the supply chain. We carry a substantial amount of stock ourselves and work closely with our suppliers to ensure most orders are delivered within 3 working days. Please note that any availability shown is indicative and not guaranteed, as it may be affected by external logistical factors beyond our control.
Delivery Times
Due to ongoing strain on UK courier networks, especially during periods of high demand, timed deliveries are not always guaranteed. While we do everything we can to dispatch promptly, customers may experience minor delays in transit.
Specialist Deliveries
Larger or more sensitive items like high-capacity battery systems may require specialist logistics providers. These couriers are experienced in handling such goods but may not offer live tracking or specific delivery slots.
Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, dispatch may occur via more than one carrier depending on size, weight, and courier restrictions. As a result, components of your order may arrive separately.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed by 12:00pm (Noon) on a working day will generally be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. If you require confirmation of stock before ordering or wish to enquire about delivery times, please contact us directly on 0333 5777 488.
Remote & Offshore Locations
Deliveries to areas such as Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other non-mainland UK regions may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote.
Order Acceptance
Please be aware that confirmation of payment and an automated acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of your order. In cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected misuse of goods, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All deliveries must be inspected promptly upon arrival. If your order appears damaged on delivery, refuse the delivery or ensure the courier records it as damaged before you sign. Any visible damage should be clearly marked on the delivery note.
It is essential that we are notified of any damage or discrepancy in quantity within the timeframes set out below:
- Panels, inverters, and items over £100: Notify us by 5pm on the working day after signing for the delivery.
- All other items: Notify us by 5pm on the third working day after signing for the delivery.
Claims made after these periods are unlikely to be accepted by our carriers, and we may be unable to process a replacement or refund. Please report any issues to our customer service team as soon as possible to ensure a valid claim can be pursued.
Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, dispatch may occur via more than one carrier depending on size, weight, and courier restrictions. As a result, components of your order may arrive separately. Please check that the quantities delivered match those on your Delivery Note upon receipt, and notify us promptly of any discrepancies as per the timeframes above.
Failure to Take Delivery
If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on arrival, you may be liable for any storage costs and related expenses incurred. If goods are not collected or alternative arrangements are not made, we may store or resell the goods and deduct reasonable costs as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
